Whats Up Everyone!
It's the basically the start of week 4 for me (Two more days). Anyhow, this week was very odd. I was hovering around 187lbs for most of the week until thursday. I was worried, so I emailed Sam about the situation. We spent a few hours chatting and we swapped out my diet for a ketogenics diet. Increased my fat intake and removed the carbs. It seems I am sensitive to carbs. Sam was nice enough to let me know that my legs and my abs were weak points to my physique and gave me recommendations for them as well. I can't wait to try out the new routine. Anyhow, I weighed myself yesterday at 180.6 lbs. I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning because I woke up kinda late for class and rushed. I did weigh myself after class and after i drank about a half a gallon of water and I was 182.7 lbs. Because of the big drop in weight, we think that it could be water weight and I may gain some or all of it back. I will keep you guys updated next week. My new diet is 6 am meal 1. 5 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
7am train, followed by 25g whey iso in water

9 am meal 2. 5 oz of salmon grilled
noon meal 3. 5 oz Pollock fillet, 1/4 cup raw almonds
3pm. Meal 4. Chicken breast 6oz, 1 cup of broccoli

6 pm. Meal 5. 6 oz chicken breast or 99%fat free ground turkey

9 pm meal 6. 4 oz white fish, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
