Whats up everyone.
Looks like I will be starting my blogs on Sundays or Mondays from now on. The second session of summer school has just started and I wanted to save the weekdays for studying. Anyhow, I wanted to post a precontest photo but didn't take a picture. Anyhow, I am posting my 3 days into week 1 image. I think it's pretty crazy, how just dieting can cause major changes of your appearances. I lost 4 inches in my waist. Take a look back at my Gangustahn PGS post. Let me know what you guys think and what body parts of mine may be lacking. I'll start to hit those areas harder. I was 191 lbs in the image

As far as training goes, I regularly train 5 days a week. Sam had me doing 30 minutes of cardio Post workout. I am much more active though. Mon and Wed, I do team sports (volleyball, football, basketball, softball, or kickball) for roughly 3 hours. Tuesday and Thursdays, I try to make it out one of the two days round of golf in the morning. I walk as much as I can. I hope, the extra work isn't going against my gains. Otherwise, everything is going pretty well. On my busy days, I find it hard to complete my meals. . As far as weight loss. I think it is going pretty well. I dropped under the 190lb mark for the first time in probably 3-4 years.
So this week my stats are -4lbs. 189.6. As far as cardio, I was doing 30 minutes 7 days a week. Sam just upped it to 40 minutes, Hopefully the fat keeps falling off. Oh yeah. I have been on naps BT hgh 4iu/day for roughly 1.5 months. I am going to continue to run it through out the cycle. If you have any question or anything feel free to ask! Thanks.
