need help!!
hey this is my first post i am 18 years old and i just recently got a job as a correction officer. the thing is i am 6'2 and i weigh 150 lbs. i work out everyday sometimes twice a day i am trying to put on some size as fast as i can i have tried a few pro hormones like andromass and incredible bulk but they showed me very little results in size i got huge gains in my workout though. so i need help maby there is something better out there for me to take i really want to put some size on so that i can look at least a little intimidating at work please help !Tags: None

Plus a lot of beginners lack in the diet aspect of things. I would suggest eating more calories like around 4-5000 and get good quality sleep. See if these help before turning to the Anabolic world.

#5Guest01-29-2012, 04:02 PMEditing a commentno matter what he is prob gonna do it.. but these guys are rihgt u need to eat way more then you are you should be having a little meal every 1.5 to two hrs if you are serious about growing. and atleast 2x ur body weight in protein so atleast 300 ed .,.. try and drink a gallon of milk everyday this works for some people...
