The reason for stopping is to give the internal organs a break from the stress that AAS use places on the organs. Its recommended that you take as much time off as your cycle was. I think if you've been on for 6 months or longer than you need at least 3 months off before your body returns to a normal state of test production. Long term use of non stop AAS can lead to the body stopping all production of Test on its own, making you dependant on Test replacement therapy the rest of your life. It also increases your chances for Male pattern Baldness (like Me I cycled for 3 years straight non stop at 750-1,000mg of test a week) and hpertension/high blood pressure. I have all of those and its no joke. I still cycle but I take long breaks between runs and I always take my blood pressure meds
