Hi, can anyone help me ? I have recently started going to the gym. I am doing 80 % weights ( free weights / resistance machines ) 20% cardo 4 - 5 times a week.
I am noticing muscle mass gain on my left side, but not on my right ??? I am naturally right handed and thought that was my stronger side, however it looks as if my left is stronger. I am lifting the same weight both sides, same reps and sets.
My left bicep, tricep, peck, shoulder/trap is now considerably bigger than my right side.
I have tried working my right side harder, but nothing has changed.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of this, its really driving me mad now !!!!
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
