  • Shoulder injury Rehab

    Just wondering as to whats the best workout program would be for injury rehabilitation for shoulder with Tendinopathy and osteochondromatosis?

    Any feedback is appreciated?

    Its very hard to perform work-outs with sore shoulders, I would do only those exercises that don't hurt. I think rest and deca is the best option, thus rest. And then train legs etc

        Man united, I found acupuncture helped heaps when I injured my shoulder, It dislocated when I was doing incline and pulled all the tendons, pretty much a year long recovery . Found doing RC stretches helped heaps, dang even lifting a barbell with nothing on was a killer.

        Be careful if you are cycling and go on deca not to over do it if it starts felling better,

          I agree. Acupuncture fixed my shoulder, 95%. Try a Tan Wu Bian student. They are the best for this kind of injury.
