  • Cramping up Big Time

Hey Guys, I've been getting some crippling cramps @ night, especially my legs. I'm running a pretty strong cycle which includes Tren ace. The tren gives me the night sweats.. My water intake is high and I drink a couple glasses before bed. I have been hitting the weights real hard, in preperation for a powerlifting meet May 5th (2 days on - 1 day off) When I say that I'm cramping, my whole body goes in lock down and is pretty painfull. Does any one else have this problem? Thanks O D

The thing with me is while in bed, I find that I have to flex my legs every so often and this goes on all night. I know you said you drink a lot of water and some before you go to bed, but do you have some bed side so that you can drink through the night? thats what I do.

i get awful cramping post training, in the muscle trained, on and off season. sounds like you're paying close attention to your hydration, so as long as your getting at least a gallon a day, lets move on.

for me, my savior has been taurine. i have taken around 1000mg. even 500mg has helped. i'll take 500mg in the morning and again with my prebed supps. taurine helps to increase the amount of water in the muscle cell.

it may have to do with electrolites. adding more sodium may be the answer. a little added sea salt to your post training meal may do the trick on its own without having to take additional supps. another option would be a potassium supp. i've never had to go that route accept when getting ready for a contest and drinking tons of water.
