  • Diet Help for First Cycle

    Hey Guys I got a few good answers on my first couple of post and because of that I am thankful for the advice and time of the guys on here now I want to run a 3500 calorie diet that is clean/clean/clean for leaning and maximizing muscle potential while on my first cycle I will be using these two items

    Preparing a diet takes alot time. What diet regimen have you used in the past? I would stay away from tren for your first cycle. I know you didnt ask for cycle advise but we like to look out for each other at JM.

          thats a lil advanced for a first cycle bud.. pretty intense, you have to see how your body reacts to certain substances, while taking so many you wont be able to pinpoint the problem.. if there is one of course.
