  • Off Season Muscle Medley

    Heres a great off season bulker meal to try.Definitely not for cutting,but will add some much needed macro's when looking to add some cals and protein.........



    Ingredients:

    1lb--4%lean Ground Beef
    4oz--pasta--your choice(I use wheat pasta)
    1 Tomato,diced
    1/4--cup of mushrooms,diced
    1/2--onion,chopped
    1/4 cup--olives,sliced
    40z--can of tomato sauce

    Cooking Spray.

    Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.While pasta is cooking,coat a skillet with cooking spray.

    Heat at medium-high heat,add ground beef and stir until cooked through,then strain.

    In another large skillet,saute the tomato,onion and olives over medium heat for 5 minutes,then add beef and pasta,mixing well.Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Top with Fat free Parmesan Cheese(optional)and serve.

    ur meals are always so good lol, im currently trawling through page after page looking for one you have done for steak as i need some red meat!! been having chicken and eggs last 6 weeks
