  • 1st time AAS user EQ cutting cycle

Hi, i decided to do my first cycle. Im 23 year old, doing weight training for 2,5 years.

    my stats:
    height: 5'9"
    weight: 195 lbs
    bf: around 16-18%

my goal is to lose 20-25 lbs and reach a lean, hard body.

    my plan is very simple:

    week 1-14: EQ 400mg/week

    pct:

    week 16-18: HCG 3x2000iU
week 16-20: Nolva 20 mg every day

5 training/week and 2500 kcal/day (high protein, moderate carbs and fats)

what are you thinking about this cycle?

    thanks for your answers

Your first cycle should be test only. Second hcg won't be necessary for a simple cycle. You also need an AI, I suggest arimidex at .5mg 3x per week. If your trying to cut try to stay around 300-500 calories below whatever your daily maintenance calories are. If you really want to maybe add some Winny at like 50mg every day for the last 4-6weeks. Nolva only should be fine as PCT for such a cycle

i choose EQ because the less aromatization than test.
with EQ i think dont need to use arimadex.

      am i right?

With all due respect, it sounds terrible. At your age and for your goals stay away from juice, at least for now. Again no disrespect but obviously something is wrong if you can't lose some weight especially so young. If you can be honest with yourself and seriously say your eating well and training hard and still can't lose then maybe you need blood work and see if something is going on. At your height and weight to lose 25 lbs? That's seems pretty light but it's cool if that's your goal.
As far as Eq only cycle, it will shut you down just like test and then your body will have NO test. That's why we use test as a base for all cycles.
Remember once you do this your body is never the same, we don't all admit that but it happens. Unless your a real bodybuilder at 23 you don't need it, give it some more years at least especially for just losing body fat. That would be reckless.

Pauliuch said it best. Youre going to regret not listening to him.

Thanks Pauliuch! Your post got me thinking. Training hard and eating well is not a problem for me.
I can lose weight if i want to and gain mass if i want to. But i got a feeling: i see theese Sergi Constence type fitness guys on the internet (which is the ideal body type for me) and thinking about that i cant reach that muscle mass/definition/vascularity in a natural way. Need to begin somewhere. A good shape about 10% bf is not enough for me. I want an absolutely rock hard body, with serious muscle mass and definition.

Whats your advise for my problem?

The thing is bro cutting and bulking are basically all diet oriented, gear just helps for that extra grind in the gym. If you can see my avatar, I was about 9% in that picture and that picture was actually taken off cycle but it was taken with me carrying a very clean diet. I hear where your coming from but the problem is even the helpful "cutting" compounds really aren't gonna shine and chisel out an aesthetic look until you reach like 11-12%, and even then your diet has to be spot on. Of course in the end your gonna do what you wanna do, and if that means using gear I HIGHLY suggest a test only cycle, maybe even something short and simple like test prop at like 125mgs pinned every other day for like 8 weeks, there will be less bloat than a long estered test and allow you to come off if your not responding well and clear in a few days. But that is just my opinion

First Pauliuch is so right, you really need to do this on your own. At your age you have a huge amount of Testosterone running through you, use it to your advantage! Also when cutting and on a low calorie diet, gear will only help you keep what you have, not put muscle on. You may not think so, but you can do this on your own. Unless like Pauliuch said you have something wrong with you. Having a blood test would show that. Running a cycle with EQ only will cause some bad issues with out using Testosterone, you'll be left with NO Testosterone at all, think about how you'll feel if your body has no Testosterone in it????

                I'm also 5'9", my avi I'm 190lbs @ 8.5% b-fat My goal is 210lbs @ 6% b-fat

Good your thinking, lol. I saw the guy you were talking about. I would say at your height 5'9" your probably already at a decent weight, maybe a drop lighter but no way 25 lbs lighter. I'm 5'8" and about 200 and I'm really not big. When guys on here post their body fat levels I'm not really sure how they come up with it. I have a scale and according to that thing I'm a fat bastard, lol. I wouldn't worry about what the scale says, the mirror is your scale. That being said, I don't think most guys with the look you seek maintain that look all year round. Your better off setting goals as if you were preparing for a competition. Say get serious about diet before memorial day so your ripped in July. Then after August go back to eating a little more, I don't think you should deprive yourself of calories too long. Gotta live a little.
If you ever read some of the crazy shit Sylvester Stallone did back in the Rocky, Rambo days to get that look it's kinda insane. Literally starving then building back up, even he admits that was crazy.
As far as vascularity unfortunately some of that is genetics but anyone can probably get a decent roadmap going. I won't lie I wouldn't have gotten as many veins without some of the steroids but I work with a guy who never touches them and he is more cut than I ever was. I tell you one thing when you come off them it can be pretty tramatic. When you see some of the hard work disappear and the body fat grow and your not doing anything wrong it can get you pretty depressed.
The bottom line here is your a kid. I say that because I'm almost 50 so 23 is a kid to me. But that's a great thing! You have a lifetime of experimenting different diets, routines, etc. Also if you ask any of the guys on here especially the older guys, no one will say they know it all. After many years there still learning everyday. Actually the more I learn the more confused I get, lol. So if you don't get exactly where you want to be this summer don't worry. Think about the past year, what worked, what didn't and improve on it where you can. Shit maybe by the time I'm 80 I'll get it right. As far as what you should do as far as training, eating? You got muscle mags, internet and so many places to get ideas. You really got to learn all that on your own, just make sure you give each thing some time as opposed to going back and forth. Also if you don't already, always keep a log of everything you do! That was my biggest mistake ever not keeping track.

So what do you use to measure bodyfat MrBig? That pic was during a Test E, Tren E and Mast E cycle in the summer. Believe it or not even there I had some belly fat. I had half a six pack. The top half, and under that a little fat, and under that skin wrinkles, lol. What happens when your 49 if you didn't always keep in shape in your younger years, lol.

Yeah I hear that brother, I'm 50. Even at 8.5% I had some lower belly fat also. I use a set of calipers that I purchased through Amazon.com. There are three ways to use the calipers, you measure skin folds and there is a guide that goes by age.

Pauliuch made a big impression on me. Thank you! My "cycle" will be 14 week natural cutting, starting at middle of march. After i will try to put some lean muscle on. Depends on the results, maybe a i will use some test to bulking at the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015.

Thank you Guys and keep on going!
