  • hard gainner here with question

    i am looking to start and wanna know if i can stack anabol 5mg ,Oxymetholone and GP Superdrol. do i need any blockers ? please inform me thanks.

    You've asked how to put on size in all your post and have been told what you need to do. If you stack all three of those orals you will have some major issues with Testosterone levels and liver issues. DON'T DO IT!!!! Go back and read your other posts, there's no such thing as a hard gainer. At 5'11" and 130lbs YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH, it's that simple!!!

      That is very true eating is key, for example I eat at least 8 to 10oz of food every three hours on the dot. Now I also use test and deca why dont you try researching that kind of gear. I am 5;9 and I started at 135lbs 4 cycles of test deca later and I'm 180 solid. Pack on the calories man, and make sure your taking your supplements too. Gear is not s miracle drug it just helps along the way to your goal. Hope this helps dude.

        thanks, it has been awhile since i last got on this site. i had everything saved on a old computer and forgot most since getting a new one.. but i will go and look at the other post and read up thanks for yalls help.

          Yea bud. These guys speak the truth. Even if u run the best cycle money can buy, you aren't going to keep any gains if u are eating to be 130 lbs. bodybuilding is very simple. You have to eat more of the right foods and lift weights. The weights are the fun part but the diet is hard. If it were easy to follow, everyone would be huge. There are tons of gym rats out there who add 20 lbs of water on cycle only to lose it all after they come off. There are guys I see in the gym that have done this after time and never make much progress.

          Some of us have a faster metabolism and need to eat more than others to make progress. We can all do it though. It all comes down to how bad you want it and how much you are willing to do.

          Also, as mentioned above. You need to look more into your cycle plan if u want to run gear. Orals should be used very sparingly because they are much more toxic and it's not wise to run more than one oral at a time. If you run a test only cycle, AND you have put the work into a good diet, you can make some great progress. Learn how to eat first though so that when u do run gear, you will make the most out of it

            Did someone give you advise to do a cycle with 3 orals? If they did never listen to them again. It is not a joke to damage your liver or kidneys. Man this makes my blood boil. Get back to the basics kid and train hard and eat BIG! If you want to do a good beginners cycle check out the Beginners bulk cycle on our sponsors site. You can see huge gains if you do it right. You have got to understand that muscles are made in the kitchen and that means you have got to EAT! Good luck!!!

              yeah they did, that's why i asked here first before doing it. last time i checked the site it was down and the beginner cycle i looked at was still saying coming soon. bigpa you have a link to the new site ?

                first meal i take in is oat meal and a banana with a weight gainer shake
                second peanut butter sandwich,banana protein shake.
                lunch whatever i fix for that day
                3pm mid snack
                5pm dinner
                7pm weight gainer shake

                  This means nothing, go and figure out what your doing calorie wise and your protein, carb's and fat's then and only then will you se that YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH!!

                    And MrBig is right. Listen brother nothing wrong with a weight gainer shake to help boost calorie intake. But depending on them is not enough. You need to be eating solid foods and lots of it. Eat your calories and protein. Don't try to drink them.

                      Weight gainer shakes typically get their calories from sugars anyway. Stick with eating big.
