I'd agree you shouldn't notice a reduction in strength until your cycle ends. I would question why you're on a low cal diet and trying to lose weight while cycling? IMO thats a waste of time and money. And that EQ is gonna make you crazy hungry all the time. Advice for next time....... Cut the weight first, then cycle and eat eat eat. You will add way more muscle which will in turn burn more calories. Food for thought brother. Good luck!

i hear ya and understand what you are saying...... but im trying to loose body fat and it seems to be working pretty good (yes this is an exspensive way to do it) but the androl/test made me crazy stronge, and the EQ has put on lean muscle (not alot - but quality) i am down 12lbs but look bigger than ever and my "love handles" are almost completly gone - i neve got checked but i was guessing i was about 16-18% body fat, could not see any abs at all and had love handles, i have to be about 10% body fat now can see upper abs (no lowers yet - after EQ i will go on winny taps for 6weeks or so) but i feel great and like the way i look..... as for the hungry from EQ i eat every 2 hours starting at 5am and i wont eat past 8pm i pretty much got the hungry down - BUT ill tell ya what...LIBIDO??? i wanna bang every thing in sight and sorry for being blut im walking around most of the day with a hard on or semi... thats the "hardest" part of the EQ - no pu nintended

first of all 50mgs per day of anadrol is too small of a dose. i have personal experience with dr prescribed anadrol for an anemia i have. yes my doctor prescribed 150mgs per day of anadrol 50. by the end of the week my hemoglobin was through the roof went from 9.8 -15.7 got me out of the hospital platelets were over 300,000 which has never happened for me before. my arms felt insane. physical therapy was nothing. if you truly want to see results with anadrol take 2 50mg tabs in the morning and one later in the day. You will notice it after 5 days. I gained an inch on my arms just from doing bullshit physical therapy exercises. i have records to prove this! my diet wasn't all that great hospital meal servings are a joke even with a calorie deficient diet i grew like the hulk and felt like the hulk. two of my personal shirts that i wore and brought with me two the hospital DID NOT FIT ME. my mom had to go to the gift shop and purchase me an XL shirt so i had something to wear home lol. the strength from 150mgs per day of anadrol was absolutely insane. i was walking around the hospital with 0 platelets and low red blood cells while receiving chemotherapy like it was nothing. they kept trying to get me to use the walker and the wheelchair and when i got back to my room for dinner i wasn't even slightly winded. i hate to say it because it sounds wrong but anadrol and steroids saved my life. i was a freshman in high school 13 years old. i should have bled out and died but the anadrol literally kept me from doing so and saved my life. my doctor checked my liver values meticulously and never once did they spike out of normal range. yes i got acne and itchy skin but i don't regret being put on that much of it. when i finished using it my doctor weened me off of it 1 week at 100mgs and 1 week at 50mgs then done. i didn't lose any of my strength. two months later i still felt the strength. one of my friends came up to me and said you should come to open weights for the wrestling team today after school so i did. i worked out with them all summer. that spring i weighed a measly 137lbs. that next fall before school started i weight 158lbs and i ended up wrestling in the 160lb weight class. i didn't lose an ounce of muscle or strength if anything i kept slowly gaining more and i had been off anadrol for months. don't be afraid to take 150mgs per day of anadrol just do bloodwork and check your liver every couple of weeks or so to make sure you're healthy!

JK703... 50 mg per day is not "to small" of a dose. Taking Anadrol for another indicated purpose while under the constant monitoring of a physician who is acutely aware of your intake is far different from just popping 150 mg of anadrol per day and just seeing how you feel. I would never recommend taking a dose that high for more than 3 weeks, and I would be apprehensive doing that. I know you stated to get blood work, but most people will not and will be doing serious harm to their liver... Im not saying it is unheard of or that it does not happen everyday, but for my liver, no thanks. 50 mg per day of anadrol over the course of 6 weeks has been shown in some subjects to increase body weight by 30 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! If you are not being treated for anemia, then I would consider starting at 20 or 25 mg per day and go from there as needed...
Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.

Anadrol is not as harsh as its made out to be.

Unfortunately, a lot of the strength gains will be lost with the water weight. As that is where the strength gains came from. Water within the muscle. Anadrol gives a huge illusion but you should still keep a portion of the gains.

50mgs of Anadrol a day will not produce "big" gains. I have a red blood cell anemia and Anadrol is prescribed to me regularly by my specialist. I've been on 200mgs per day for 5 weeks before. Before I was put on that I had no strength to speak of as a result of chemo but literally after 3 days on that dose my strength was through the roof. My liver values never spiked either and they were checked twice within that 5 week period so don't be too afraid to up the dose of Anadrol to at least 100-150mgs per day. You should see significant size increase...because of the chemo my appetite was in the toilet and I actually lost weight around my waist eventhough my arms got bigger.

You'll get significant size increase but keep in mind that the quicker you get it the quicker you'll also lose it...

Krazy what you said makes sense. My main intent with that comment was to hush all the talk about how hard Anadrol is on your liver yes everyone is different but if you are someone who gets bloodwork then running 100-150mgs a day shouldnt be an issue as long as you and or a doctor are monitoring things. I guess I've always been given higher doses...I love timing my cycles along with the chemo and prescribed Anadrol. It makes things a lot easier and a lot more fun. The funny thing is my doctor doesn't care he said just don't be wreckless with it.

to the OP, IMO, your strength is probably going to dip a little...at least it would for me. anadrol makes me so strong. its hard to maintain all that strength, but i guess some of this is going to come down to how close you were to your genetic strength limits to begin with. if someone where not that advanced...lets say they were benching 185, and anadrol boosted them up to 245 lbs in 6 wks, they may keep more strength gains than the guy who was benching 405 and got to 425 after 6 wks. see what i'm saying?

as far as this discussion on dose, for me, 50mg is plenty. all i know is that when i did run 100mg of anadrol, it was the only time in my life that my liver literally hurt! 50 is enough for me. i get strong and gain weight. thats the point in taking it right

it's a great drug. Krazy you are correct and sorry if I was out of line with my post. My first time on anadrol was in the 6th grade at 75mgs per day lol. i've never thought about running a lower dose over a longer period of time before with it to see what gains would be like....i'm half tempted now lol.
