    I am very new to all this. I am 46 and I have been lifting for 3 years with good results but I was no longer seeing the results I want. I was once 277 pounds but I now weigh 165. I am 5'9 so I am not really trying to lose anymore weight. I would like to lower my body fat and replace it with mucscle.

    I decided to try steroids after reading a lot about it. I was very hesitant to order and afraid it was a scam. I went ahead and ordered anavar and clenbuterol. I received the items in what I consider a reasonable amount of time considering they were coming from overseas. It was about 2 weeks for the clenbuterol and 3 weeks for anavar. I have been taking 10 mg anavar daily for a week now. I don't know if it is my imagination or not but a really think I am making gains. I am a little stronger and I don't tire as quickly. One of the things I was concerned about was feeling anxious or irritable. I have not been feeling either. In fact, quite to the contrary. I have been in an exceptionally positive and happy. I have not started the clenbuterol. I want to make sure I am not having any unwanted side effects from the anavar.

    I am open to any suggestions you might have as experienced bodybuilders. I am taking 5 mg anavar in the morning and 5 mg in the evening. I plan to do this for 4 weeks. I will then stop taking it and use the 0.05 clenbuterol in the morning for 2 weeks. Then I will take nothing for 2 weeks. Is this a good plan? I don't want to look like a monster. I still want to be feminine but with some muscle and I definitely want to be stronger with greater endurance.

    I work out 6 days a week lifting for about an hour and 15 minutes. I don't mess around while I am working out. I also run about 8 miles a week. I rest on Sunday.

    My diet stinks but I am working on it. I LOVE carbs. It is my weakness for sure. I seem to be able to stick to a good diet for about 2 weeks then I backslide. I can't make myself drink those protein shakes or eat the protein bars. I try to eat lots of meat, nuts, eggs and beans though.

    I will update this post in a couple of weeks about any progress I have made with the products from napsgear.

    Great job girl, 277lbs down to 165lbs!!! Carbs are the death of all of us, but what I tell people is if you want it bad enough you'll do it. I myself just came off my cut diet, I was at 210lbs. 16-19% body fat and got down to 175lbs. at 4.8% body fat. Was the hardest thing I have ever done, but I did it. So if you really want this we're all here to help with what ever it is that you need, weather it be motivation, dieting, training or help with any questions you may have with AAS or anything else your thing of taking.       As for your cycle, you could take both the anavar and Clen together, the Anavar would help with maintaining muscle while the Clen would reduce fat. When you do decide to take the Clen, make sure you drink plenty of water. Clen tends to make your joints feel dry. Clen is normally use as you stated, but if you take 50-100mg's of Benadryl, you can take it continually. The Benadryl will keep your receptors from getting clogged, which in turn allows the Clen to continue to work.

            Update

            I have been at this for about 3 weeks. I have been very good and disciplined with my diet. I have lost 4 lbs. I am definitely stronger. I recover much quicker. I don't get as sore as I once did while increasing the weights I am lifting. I started taking clen a week and a half ago. I am taking 10mcg. That is all my body can handle. I am jittery and fidgety at this dose so I won't go any higher. All in all I am very happy with the way things are going.
